Cameron Highlands for 1Day Trip....
My 1 day trip to Cameron was great! Distressed. Sounds good!
Having breakfast at R&R Rawang and continue travel to Cameron through Tapah and stopped at Lata Kijang Water Fall for some picture for our first checkpoint. One thing that I notice that all the hawker selling "Goreng Pisang" seems like there are only banana fruits in there.. :))
BOH Tea centre for free entry, give us the awesome sightseeing of tea farm. With all green color around us make the eyes fresh from seeing traffic jam in KL. The fresh air better than dusty air in KL. What a good creation from the creator I have ever seen. Felt like be in the English tea farm where the method of planting the tea tree I guess more less the same over century. We went to the "view point" up to the hill to experience self plucking of tea leave and taking photo. My friends and I have no chance to get into the factory as the schedule time is not compact to ours. Hot tea and a slice of butter cake for a break.
Bee farm for extra virgin honey. We tasted the sweet honey from the bee's nest. If you dare enough you may see closely the bees..... Taking picture? yea of cos...! And done with Bee Farm we starving and having lunch at Tanah Rata small town. Phew..! We are full....
Then, we went to Taman Agro Tourism looking for cactus, vegetables, Big Red Strawberry, Tomatoes etc...... I bought a lot of vegetables, 6 cactus, strawberries, strawberry jam, etc.... They got huge farm included all in one. We have some wafer, chocolate strawberry, ice cream, strawberry tea.......
We took picture of us in a strawberry suit. Look cute and look like dwarf... hehe..
After all done, we all way back through Simpang Pulai and drop by at their vegetables market, souvenir gift shop. It was heavy rain and we are heading to KL. We are happy worth exhausting.
Planning for the next trip..!
Neil.
